HVAC SERVICED.

FILTERS REPLACED.

STOVE & REFRIGERATOR CLEANED.

CARPETS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED.

ALL LITE FIXTURES IN & OUT OPERATIONAL & LITE.

ALL SINKS, TOILETS GOOD WORKING ORDER. NO DRIPPING FAUCETS, SHOWER HEADS.

ALL CAULKING - TUBS & SINKS. INSPECT & RECAULK IF NECESSARY.
